How To Rent Equipment
Gear can be rented from the OA office during open hours. Credit card and account billing are the available methods of payment.
OA Hours of Operations
Rental Policies
- The day you check out rental equipment is considered day 1 of your rental period.
- Equipment that is returned late will cost the renter one quarter of the Quick Adventure rate for each day past the due date.
- A replacement fee will automatically be charged to the renter when gear is 3 weeks late.
- Availability is based on our trip and clinic schedule.
- Gear is available for more than 11 days, Please contact Outdoor Adventures (hyperlink “contact Outdoor Adventures” to contact page) regarding the prices.
- All damaged gear is assessed by our staff and additional charges will be applied for necessary repairs or replacement.
- Any gear that is lost or damaged beyond repair will be replaced, and all expenses will be charged to the renter.
- Gear must be returned during the hours of operation for the rental shop and it must be received by an employee of Outdoor Adventures. Click here for hours of operation.
- Gear may not be dropped off at the front desk of the Joe Frank Sanderson Center.
