Our Group Exercise and Indoor Cycling program offers quality services to all current members of the Sanderson Center. With over 60 total classes offered per week during the Fall and Spring semesters, there is something for all levels and abilities! Multiple formats are available with a schedule that offers classes as early as 6am and as late as 7pm.

Our certified instructors provide a workout experience that is sure to leave you wanting more! Our easy to read schedule breaks our classes up into two easy views to see what classes are being held daily in our main group exercise studio and the Velodrome Cycling Studio. All Group Fitness classes include modifications for all fitness levels to ensure that everyone can take a step toward meeting their fitness goals.
